The Department of Science and Humanities, KGISL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, successfully organized a Five-Day Skill Development Training Programme for the workforce of Cyber Star Exports and Imports from 10 to 14 February 2026 (3.00 PM -6.00 PM). The programme was facilitated by Dr. L. Susana Ramya and Dr. Divya C., aiming to enhance employees' technical competencies, workplace discipline, safety awareness, and overall professional development.
The sessions covered key areas such as industry fundamentals, workflow optimization, quality control practices, workplace safety, teamwork, communication skills, and career growth. A structured training methodology integrating lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities ensured practical learning and active participation.
The initiative significantly improved participants' productivity, quality consciousness, and safety practices, while strengthening meaningful industry-academia collaboration.
