The Department of Commerce with Information Technology organized a Guest Lecture under the department association Unicorn ’25 on 02/09/2025 titled “Discipline Over Motivation – The Real Secret to Success.” The session, delivered by Mr. N. Harith, Managing Director, Mini & Max Group of Companies, Coimbatore, aimed to help students understand that discipline, rather than temporary motivation, is the key to long-term success. A total of 107 students participated and gained valuable insights into building consistent habits, self-control, and effective time management. The lecture was inspiring and impactful, encouraging students to adopt discipline as an essential life skill for academic, professional, and personal growth.
