Individual Student Registration – Terms & Conditions
By registering for KGCAS Xplore 2026, the parent or lawful guardian and the participating student agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration:
Individual registration must be completed by the student’s parent or lawful guardian.
Accurate Information:
The parent/guardian confirms that all information provided in the registration form is accurate and complete.
Eligibility:
The student must meet the eligibility requirements specified for the selected event.
Event Rules and Safety:
The student must follow all event rules, instructions and safety guidelines throughout the programme.
Event Format:
Team size, event format, duration, materials and qualification procedures may vary between events.
Spark Event – Circuit Breakers Hackathon:
Participating students or teams must bring the required equipment and components specified for the event.
Instructions from Organisers:
Students must follow the instructions of event coordinators, mentors and judges at all times.
Personal Equipment:
Participants are responsible for the safe use and care of their personal equipment and materials brought to the event.
Disqualification:
Any violation of event rules, instructions or safety requirements may result in disqualification.
Personal Belongings:
The organisers are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, equipment or materials brought by participants, except where required by applicable law.
Judging Decisions:
The decision of the judges/jury will be final and binding on all participants. No request for reconsideration will be entertained, subject to applicable law and event rules.
Changes to Arrangements:
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, format, participation limits or other arrangements when necessary.
Event-Specific Instructions:
Event-specific instructions and requirements will be shared with participating students, parents/guardians and schools, as applicable.
Consent to Participate:
By submitting the registration form, the parent/guardian confirms consent for the student to participate in the event and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Collection and Use of Information:
The parent/guardian acknowledges and consents to the collection and use of the information provided in the registration form for event registration, communication, administration and related purposes, in accordance with applicable law and the applicable privacy notice.
