Biography

Mrs. S. Nazira Begum, working as an Assistant Professor in Management at the Department of Commerce Professional Accounting with 16 years of academic experience and 3 years of industrial experience. She is an inspiring motivational speaker and has delivered impactful inspirational sessions among students in and out of the campus, focusing on themes like overcoming challenges, discovering potential, and building resilience, leaving them empowered to pursue their goals with confidence. She has published extensively in national and international journals and conferences and authored books with the publisher Leilani Kaite titled Basic Concepts in Merchandise and Principles of Management, and holds copyrights for the topics Motivation and Human Resource Planning. She has received Academic Excellency Awards from Sree Sakthi Institutions, Ranganathar Institutions, St. Pauls Institution, and the Global Innovative Educational Award from Malaysia Saito University for the extraordinary academic services rendered. Her dedication to students’ growth extends beyond the classroom, building strong bonds, promoting collaboration, and creating a supportive, positive academic environment for overall development, not just grades.
