Biography
Currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at KG College of Arts and Science with 12 years of teaching experience. Serving as the Placement Coordinator, EDC Cell Coordinator, and Director of the Center for Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Development (CAED Cell), encouraging students to develop entrepreneurial ideas in the field of agribusiness. Completed MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Management Studies (July 2020) and currently pursuing M.A. in Political Science. Started career at HDFC Bank, Chennai, as a Senior Sales Officer with two years of experience in industrial and corporate banking, and later worked as an Assistant Professor at AJK Institute of Management for one year. Published several research articles, journal papers, and books, contributing actively to academic research and student development. Also received the TIP Inspiring Educators Award 2021 organized by the TIP Community in recognition of contributions to education.
