Biography
Dr. R. Kanchana is a distinguished commerce educator with over two decades of teaching experience. She holds a Doctorate in Commerce, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications, and has served as a Senate Member of Bharathiar University. She has published extensively in UGC CARE, national, international, and Scopus-indexed journals, authored books in Corporate Accounting, Banking Theory, and Microfinance, and holds copyrights for e-contents. Recognized with the Teacher of Excellence Award (KG Foundation), the Global Innovative Educationist Award (Malaysia), and a World Record for Innovative Teaching Methods, she is actively involved in research supervision, curriculum development, and academic leadership. She also serves as a Ph.D. supervisor, Board of Studies member, and conference organizer, dedicated to developing ethical, industry-ready commerce professionals.
