Biography

I am Dr. J. Jolly Vini Sheeba, an accomplished academic professional in the field of Commerce with over 15 years of teaching and research experience. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) at KG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. Previously, I served at Dr. R.V. Arts and Science College and also worked as a PG Assistant and Adjunct Faculty in reputed institutions. I hold a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University (2021). My academic qualifications also include M.Phil., M.Com., B.Ed., and PGDCA, and I am currently pursuing an MBA. My areas of specialization include Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Strategic Management, and E-Commerce. I have contributed significantly to research with Scopus-indexed publications, UGC Care journal articles, and patent publications in the areas of Big Data and E-Commerce systems. I have authored and edited books on Strategic Management, Financial Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Fintech. I regularly participate in national and international conferences, faculty development programs, and AICTE ATAL programs. I have been honored with several awards, including the Iconic Entrepreneur Award (2022), Best EDC Cell Coordinator Award, Inspired Academic Excellence Award, and Faculty Excellence Awards (2025). I have also served as a resource person, chairperson, and editorial board member for academic journals. I am committed to fostering innovation, promoting entrepreneurship, encouraging ethical research practices, and creating a student-centered learning environment. My goal is to contribute to academic excellence and sustainable development through quality education.
