I am N. Nithya, working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science with Cyber Security at KG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. I have completed my M.Phil. in Computer Science and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Computer Science at Dr. NGP College of Arts and Science, with a focus on Data Mining and related areas.

I have 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years of industry experience, which allows me to bring both practical and theoretical perspectives to my students. My areas of interest and expertise include:

Data Mining – knowledge discovery, predictive analytics, and pattern recognition
Cyber Security – network security, cryptography, and secure data management
Machine Learning & AI – applying intelligent algorithms for real-world solutions

Over the years, I have been involved in research projects, workshops, and seminars, and have contributed to publications in reputed journals and conferences. I am passionate about guiding students, advancing research, and integrating practical insights from industry into academic learning.
