Biography

Dr. P. Prema is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce IT, KG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. She is an accomplished academic professional with a Ph.D. in Economics from Government College of Arts, Coimbatore. She has a strong research background, with published papers on key topics such as microfinance and the impact of global warming on agriculture in India. Her participation in national and international conferences reflects her commitment to advancing knowledge in economics. Dedicated to education and student development, she continues to contribute to the academic community through her research, teaching, and active involvement in professional development programs. She has expertise in research and is specialized in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Environmental Economics.
