Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
The M.Sc. CS program describe accomplishments that graduates are expected to attain within five to seven years after graduation
- PEO1 – To enrich the students with the clear picture of the course objectives and to map their requirements.
- PEO2 – To enable the students, to understand the core concepts, visualize and to apply them in the real time scenarios.
- PEO3 – To impart the need for consistent learning, importance of research & development for the welfare of the society and to the nation at large.
Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)
After the successful completion of M.Sc. CS program, the students are expected to
- PSO1 – Able to analyze, design and develop problem solving skills in the discipline of computer science.
- PSO2 – Acquire evaluation of potential benefits of alternative solution in designing software and/or hardware systems in broad range of open source programming languages to withstand technological changes.
- PSO3 – Able to pursue careers in IT industry/ consultancy/ research and development, teaching and allied areas related to computer science.
- PSO4 – Adapt to the continuous technological change in computational science and update themselves to meet the industry requirements and standards.
- PSO5 – Apply the practices and strategies of computer science for software project development to deliver a quality software product and contribute to research in the chosen field and perform effectively.

Happy day everyone I am Anusha Blaze flavia currently doing my third year BBA in KG College of Arts and Science. At present I hole office from 5 companies live in such great companies which were kgisl ,sutherland,TCS ,Federal bank and 24/7 AI. The interview process of each company wear it from one another which were a part of every recruitment process of these 5 companies where the aptitude round and the english Proficiency round. I also had other rounds apart from these which was the stress interview round and they also gave me cases and asked me to solve it based on which the points were given .I was bale to crack such difficult interviews because of the training which was given by the SSA department .The training was given to us right from my second year where we were segregate based on our ability and separate training was given to us accordingly .I am grateful for the SSA department, the placement and also my department staff which is the management Studies. They’ve always been with me through out the whole process and all these three years and they’ve always encouraged n pushed me to participate in all these interviews,.I am very much greatful and thankful for the management for giving me this wonderful platform of opportunities. I would like to adress that it would be even more better if we are provided with this SAP courses and also some additional courses which would help us to be prepared in ready for the future

Hello everyone,I am delighted to share the exciting news that I, Kaviyadharshini S from the Department of B.Sc. ECS at KGCAS, have got an offer at Federal Bank after successfully navigating through a rigorous interview process. My journey to this achievement has been enriched by the invaluable support and guidance I received from my college ( KGCAS). The interview process at Federal Bank consisted of three challenging rounds: aptitude, group discussion, and HR interview. Thanks to the comprehensive preparation provided by KGCAS, including placement training sessions and guidance from the faculty, I felt well-prepared to excel in each round. The training in aptitude and communication skills provided by the SSA department was particularly instrumental in my success. My name is Vishnu Pradeep pursuing a bachelor of computer science at KG College of Arts and Science. I am excited to share about my Placement experience at KGCAS.I am currently holding 2 job offers. I was successfully placed at FacePrep and ZOHO.The interview processes for these companies were quite different. FacePrep, The first company's interview process involved a four-pronged approach, including a group discussion, a "just a minute" round, an HR interview, and a technical interview. The second company followed a three-step selection process consisting of aptitude tests, including a general and advanced level, followed by a final technical interview. The second company ZOHO followed a three-step selection process consisting of aptitude tests, including a general and advanced level, followed by a final technical interview.The placement training offered by KGCAS was very effective in assisting me with my job search. It helped me develop my confidence in public speaking, allowing me to comfortably participate in group discussions at both companies. Additionally, the training significantly improved my English fluency, making me a more articulate communicator during the interviews. I am especially grateful to the SSA team for their guidance and support. I would also like to thank my department faculty for their help and for providing me with this opportunity.I am very appreciative of the support I received from the placement team and coordinators at KGCAS. This is Ankitha Kumari M from Management studies department at KG college of Arts and Science. Currently I hold 3 offers which is from TCS, SUTHERLAND AND USDC. I am going to join at USDC which is a education tech company at Bangalore. I have placed for the role of executive-operations. Talking about the interview process it was of two rounds the first round was GD and the second round was the HR Interview. The questions which were asked in the interview was the basic question like self – introduction general topics related to yourself and resume. In GD they just told us to choose your own topic in which you are feeling comfortable. Our SSA department teachers have already give training on these areas so it was quite easy to attend the interview with confidence. I am grateful to my placement team staffs and our coordinators who helped us to get over the whole interview process from the start till getting the offer letter. I express my sincere gratitude to my management for continuous support and guidance towards are corporate journey

I am Iswarya. V of III B.Sc. CT -A from KG College of Arts and Science. I successfully got placed in four companies which are KGiS, Sutherland, #[24]7.ai, TCS. I also have four companies’ offer letters with me.Interview process: The interview process of KGiS was of four levels, the first level was JAM, Next was vocabulary test in which our vocabulary skills was tested and followed by it was the versant test in which we have to listen to some audios and answer the questions asked in it. After getting shortlisted in that the next was HR round in which the personal and stability questions was asked. That would be the process of KGiS The interview process of Sutherland consisted of two levels. The first level was divided into Essay writing and JAM. After getting shortlisted in this the next level will be conducted in the office premises based on the location which we choose.The interview process of #[24]7.ai was of two levels the first was a group discussion the people who got shortlisted in this was taken to the next level which was a one-on-one HR in which the certain questions were asked to test our communication skills and our stability and based on that we were shortlisted.The interview process of TCS is also of two levels the first was an online test which comprises of aptitude, vocabulary and logical reasoning. After getting shortlisted in this online test the next was the HR in which our technical skills, vocabulary skills and our stability was tested. That would be the interview process of TCS.The placement training was good and I’m grateful for the SSA team who helped me with my aptitude and my communication skills and I’m thankful for my department faculties and also the placement coordinators who helped me with the placements. I’m glad to tell that I have been placed in two companies, Sutherland Global services and Federal bank. I would like to tell the interview process. The first round was Essay writing, the second round was JAM, and the final round will be conducted at their office after our final exams. The interview process conducted in Federal bank was Aptitude, Group discussion and Personal interview where some basic accounting questions and personal questions were asked.
